As far as I’ve come, I can’t look back now. I’m still alive. I’m still breathing.
I’ve left my home but I won’t let you down. What’s life without a meaning?
Alone and I’m afraid hoping to find a way to feed my family.
Seems everywhere I turn are bridges that I’ve burned and pissed on.
This is the price we’re paying for freedom.
Though we’re from different regions, I still bleed red.
What’s false? What’s real? I’ve come to find that I still push forth to carry on.
It’s in my mind that I won’t fail.

What We All Are
All that you are is what we all are sometimes. All that you know is not giving in.
I wish I could show all these thoughts inside my mind, then you would know you’re not alone.
Afraid. It’s ok if you’re afraid. It’s only natural.
Some fears inside us can take control over every decision we make in how we live our lives. But we must stand strong, keep our heads high and not let the fire burn us inside. And if we fall help us to stand. And if we’re blind help us to see.
And you question everything as if I don’t really mean any of this.
